Directors
Managing Director
Andrew Armstrong
Andy obtained his RIBA Architectural qualification in 1999 whilst training as a graduate at Condy Lofthouse Architects, becoming a Director/Shareholder of Condy Lofthouse Architects in 2003.
Andy has been involved with the mentoring and training of staff members who have become an integral part of the business. He has over 25 years experience of a variety of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Mixed-Use Urban Regeneration and Masterplanning.
He has been responsible for a multitude of regeneration projects and is actively involved with Housing Associations and Community Groups to deliver local mixed use developments. Andy is able to bring flair and enthusiasm to all projects from feasibility to completion, including collaboration of client briefs and procurement appraisals.
Andy is also a Non-executive Director of a Local Housing Association and a Non-executive of a large commercial group. He supports local charities and often organises and comperes the night.
Finance Director
Adrian Jackson
Adrian joined Condy Lofthouse Architects in 2000 and obtained his RIBA Architectural Qualification in 2004 whilst training as a graduate at Condy Lofthouse Architects. He later became an Associate in 2007.
Adrian’s experience covers a vast range and scale of projects, his drive and dedication has led to him establishing a leading role in the supervision and organisation of work within the office from inception to completion. Adrian was Project Associate for the award winning Queens Park development delivering over 200 new homes and the new Liverpool HQ for global sports business PPL. He has worked with many of the Housing Associations in the North West, delivering hundreds of new homes of varying tenures and mixes.
In 2016 Adrian became a Director of the practice and continues to lead projects within a wide range of sectors as both an Architect and Director. He has excelled in the role of Finance Director, and ensured through his stewardship that the company has ensured steady growth and financial stability.

Jason Maher
Jason joined Condy Lofthouse Architects in 2000 and obtained his RIBA Architectural Qualification in 2002 whilst training as a graduate at Condy Lofthouse Architects. He later became an Associate in 2007.
Jason’s interest and appreciation of design is evident in his approach to all projects and this combined with strong design flair enables him to deliver creative architectural concepts and solutions for our clients. Since 2016, he has been the Project Director and retained by Everton In The Community and Everton Free School to work on various projects, including the summer revamp of Everton FC’s Goodison Park stadium.
In 2016, Jason became a Director of the practice and continues with great ambition to steer the design approach and raise the profile of Condy Lofthouse Architects.
Associate Director
Peter Williamson
Pete has been a qualified Architect since 1999. He is responsible for managing projects through all stages from feasibility and first designs to completion. He became an Associate of Condy Lofthouse Architects in 2008.
He has particularly strong skills in technical matters and construction detailing, as well as being involved with practice management. He also has further knowledge of conservation architecture and is a RIBA conservation registrant. Pete is a Quinquennial Architect and a member of EASA. He is retained by Churches for vision plans, renovation and restoration works, working very closey with clients to achieve their aims.
In 2021 Pete became an Associate Director.

Gregory Phillips
Greg joined Condy Lofthouse Architects in 2003 and obtained his RIBA Architectural Qualification in 2007 whilst training as a graduate at Condy Lofthouse Architects.
Greg has a wide range of job running experience on a variety of projects within the healthcare sector for commercial and domestic clients. Greg’s commitment and supportive approach to projects has seen him build excellent working relationships, working very closely with clients to achieve their aims.
In 2022 Greg became an Associate Director.

Senior Associate
Graham Bell
Graham joined Condy Lofthouse Architects in 2007 and obtained his RIBA Architectural Qualification in 2009 whilst training as a graduate at Condy Lofthouse Architects.
Graham's design skills are a major asset to Condy Lofthouse Architects and his ability to explore space and then express this through technical drawings and illustrations in understanding the Client's brief and expectations.
In 2021 Graham became a Senior Associate.
Associate
Louise Burrow
Louise joined Condy Lofthouse Architects in 2014 following her previous role in a multi-disciplinary environmental consultancy. Louise qualified as an Architect in 2018 whilst training at Condy Lofthouse Architects.
Louise is a project architect on a number of residential schemes for both domestic and commercial clients. Her experience covers a wide range and scale of projects within the commercial, leisure and residential sectors.
In 2021 Louise became an Associate.

Marcin Platnerz
Marcin joined Condy Lofthouse Architects in 2015 and obtained his RIBA Architectural Qualification in 2019.
Marcin has experience across various sectors including healthcare, commercial and residential. He has gained much experience specifically in the healthcare sector from working on a multitude of projects from inception through to completion. Marcin is also involved with the implementation of BIM within the practice.
In 2022 Marcin became an Associate.
Associate
Simon Case
Simon joined Condy Lofthouse Architects in 2019 following over 10 years experience in a commercial practice.
During this time Simon worked on a wide range of projects, including commercial, ecclesiastical, leisure, residential, social and large private dwellings.
Working as part of the Condy Lofthouse Architects Healthcare team he is involved from early conception work right through to on site delivery, developing his experience in this sector.
In 2022 Simon became an Associate.
Associate
Laurence Stevenson
Laurence joined Condy Lofthouse Architects in 2013 and obtained his RIBA Architectural Qualification in 2015 whilst training as a graduate at Condy Lofthouse Architects.
As an Associate, Laurence has great experience in the residential and healthcare sector, working on large scale projects. Laurence's role sees him regularly leading a design team. He is the lead consultant on many projects and integral to liaising with the site and construction works. Laurence also mentors his team members, supporting them to progress at Condy Lofthouse Architects.
In 2023 Laurence became an Associate.
