The Architects brief was to develop a design with future phasing incorporated into the concept of an office fit out works for The PPL Group, a leading agency in providing solutions across publishing, signage, digital and events. The works involved the installation of a new mezzanine with associated new build office fit-out works, over two floors, to form modern offices within an existing warehouse building, on the Estuary Commerce Park in Speke.
