Devonshire Place, Wirral

CLA were given the challenge to restore a former Merchant's villa and to sympathetically convert to 8 no. apartments. Working closely with the Conservation and Planning Officer the design and detailing of the proposals created a renovated building that enhances a highly desirable residential area.
