Care Village, Ampfield

Care village with a range of accommodation options for the elderly, from independent living, supported living and also a residential care home and club house.

The core objectives were to provide resident amenities with a traditionally designed ‘village’ vernacular. Accommodation is arranged in local community groups, each with individual identities.

A network of pathways linking dwellings, with car parking carefully screened within a soft landscaped environment.
