Chapel Terrace, Liverpool

A small series of residential developments on three connected but disused parcels of land which provided much needed family homes and a community play area within the heart of Bootle. The scheme has provided 16no. dwelling units with a mixture of detached and semi-detached properties. This 100% affordable scheme was developed in partnership with Sefton Council and a local housing provider.
The proposal promotes good design in new housing to create a high quality living environment and provide an attractive and safe place to live. In response to the pre-planning stage public consultation, there has been a clear and improved parking strategy for the benefit of the whole neighbourhood.
