Delavor, Heswall

This design seeks to create a striking new family home in a highly desirable area of Heswall on the Wirral peninsula, the clients brief was to create a ‘Miami’ style family home which made the most of the fantastic views over the Dee Estuary / Welsh Hills. The proposals are centred around a signature staircase which in turn traverses this 3 storey property, several terraces / balconies have been introduced to both living and sleeping accommodation.
