Planning Approved

We are delighted to have been part of the team that recently achieved full planning permission for our client landowner in Knowsley. 10no. new build luxury dwellings on a previously industrial brownfield site in the Green Belt, between 2no. Conservation Areas.

Working closely with Pegasus Planning Consultants and KMBC Planning Officers, we extensively researched and referenced English Heritage and Historic England design guidance, that demonstrate how to successfully link new development in rural communities and Conservation Areas. A Farmstead approach proposed to knit the scheme back into its surroundings, with a proposed Coach House, Barns and Stables formed around a traditional courtyard plan.
