We are delighted to have been part of the team that recently achieved full planning permission for our client landowner in Morecambe. 49no. new build luxury dwellings on part of the former Pontins Holiday Camp, Middleton Towers, on the seafront.

Working closely with JWPC Planning Consultants and LCC Planning Officers, we designed a modern but sympathetic scheme to complete previous phases of development. The scheme maximises the amazing views across Morecambe Bay, with some of the properties with direct aspect onto the Beach. This development will complete the infill elements in between well-established existing dwellings, Houses and Bungalows to finish off the gated community that families can enjoy.
